Grands’ Errands is operated by Ark Logistics LLC. These terms cover your use of our errand and delivery service.
What Grands’ Errands is
We run errands and make deliveries: picking up and dropping off prescriptions, groceries, mail, packages, dry cleaning, and similar items. We arrange a friendly, insured driver to handle the trip and bring things to the door.
What we are not
We are not a caregiving, home-care, nursing, or medical service. Our drivers do not provide personal care, medical care, supervision, or companionship, and they do not enter the home to perform tasks beyond handing over or collecting items. If you need caregiving or medical help, please use a licensed provider for that care.
Prescriptions and authorized pickups
For prescription pickups, the pharmacy must have authorization on file for our driver to collect on your behalf, and some medications require the recipient to provide identification or cannot be released to a third party. You are responsible for arranging that authorization with your pharmacy in advance. We follow the pharmacy’s rules and will not attempt to obtain medication we are not authorized to collect.
Booking on behalf of a family member
If you set up or pay for errands for someone else, you confirm you have their permission to arrange these services and to share the details needed to complete them.
